Recommended medium:

Eagle's minimum essential medium with the twice standard concentration of amino acids and vitamines (in the final concentration, respectively), and 10% fetal calf serum

When you prepre the medium, please add 50X amino acids solution for MEM and 100X vitamines solution for MEM as follows 

(1) amino acids:

MEM amino acids solution(50x), GIBCO Cat# 11130-051.

Add this amino acids solution to Eagle's minimum essential medium
          2 mL A.A solution / 100 mL Eagle's MEM

(2) vitamins:

MEM vitamine solution (100x), GIBCO Cat# 11120-052.

Add this vitamine solution to Eagle's minimum essential medium
          1 mL vitamine solution / 100 mL Eagle's MEM
