不死化されていない『ヒト体性幹細胞』の分譲について

不死化されていないヒト体性幹細胞は、ヒト組織により近いものとして、倫理原則に則った取扱いを実施することが求められます。このため、該当する細胞の利用を予定している方は、分譲依頼に先立って『所属機関（利用機関）の倫理審査委員会』による研究計画の承認を受けてください。

細胞の『分譲依頼書、同意書』には『研究倫理に関する同意事項』が含まれております。また、該当細胞の分譲依頼に際しては、分譲依頼書の『研究目的』欄に、公表できる範囲で研究目的を必ず記入し、所属機関（使用機関）の倫理審査委員会による承認済であることを明記してください。

なお、細胞バンクで供給している『ヒト体性幹細胞』については、バンクへの寄託に関する提供者からの同意が得られたうえで連結不可能匿名化されています。

The human non-immortalized somatic stem cells should be handled according to the ethical principles as is the case for human derived tissues/organs. Therefore, the distribution of these cells require the approval of INSTITUTIONAL REVEIW BOARD in the applicant's organization, especially on the ethical codes. Prior to the request of these cell lines to JCRB/HSRRB cellbank, please receive the approval of IRB, and submit a copy of the approval to us at ordering of these cells.

These human somatic stem cells that are supplied from JCRB/HSRRB were donated  from donners under a consent including the deposition of samples to public tissue/cell bank. The donner's personal information is protected and is unlinked to the samples.
